Admission Policy

St. Dunstan Catholic School admits students of any race, creed, national and ethnic origin or physical limitations to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of race, color, and national and/or ethnic origin, age, sex or disability in the administration of educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship, athletic, and other school administered programs.

An annually established application/testing fee, birth certificate, and immunization record must accompany the completed application form. Moreover, in order to authorize a fully participating tuition status, a child (applying for admission) must have been baptized in the Roman Catholic Rite and a baptismal certificate needs to be submitted. To be admitted students must also demonstrate they are capable of grade level work. Notification of status is given to families either by telephone or mail. When applying for Kindergarten, we require:
  • Completed application form
  • Copy of the child’s birth certificate - Student must be five years old by September 1 of the year applying
  • Copy of the child’s immunization record
  • Copy of the child’s baptismal certificate (if Catholic)
  • An non-refundable application fee of $50.00
  • Contact information (name, phone number, and email address) of current pre-school's authorized personnel
When applying for Grades 1-7, we require:
  • Completed application form
  • Copy of the child’s birth certificate
  • Copy of the child’s immunization record
  • Copy of the child’s baptismal certificate (if Catholic)
  • Copy of the child’s First Holy Communication certificate (if Catholic and applying for Grade 3 to 7)
  • Copy of the child’s last report card and the latest standardized test results
  • A non-refundable application fee of $50.00
