Dear Parents and Guardians,

Please keep in your prayers former school father and longtime parishioner Dan Capodanno who is under medical care. A thank you goes out to all our parent volunteers and 8th graders for organizing a terrific haunted house and party last week. The Parish Center was packed. All participants had fun. Also, the Halloween parade and festivities went off without a hitch. Our students and the staff showed their creativity and Halloween spirit.

Dear Parents and Guardians,

I shared the following festival report with the parish council last night. I wish to extend my sincere thanks to everyone involved in the festival planning, set-up, three-day operation and cleanup. Top to bottom: job well done!

The Fall Festival was well organized and the meticulous pre-planning proved fruitful as the three days unfolded, despite the rain. The bingo move to the Parish Center was a big hit and included many more people participating then otherwise ...

Dear Parents and Guardians,

This week all of our students were examined for lice. One student showed evidence of itching but no signs of nits. The students’ parents were contacted. Other than one student, no other students displayed evidence of lice. I am asking that going forward, parents take a proactive role to educate themselves on the nature of lice and how it is treated. Links have been provided earlier this week and today. Moreover, next Friday during Safety ...

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Our opening day Mass, sponsored by the Student Council is this Friday, at 9:00 am. All are welcome. As we celebrate the start of the new year, we want to keep in mind the wider Church as we recall the life of Saint Mother Teresa of Calcutta. She was recently officially canonized as a Saint. In her loving memory and inspired by her ministry the parish, along with the school, has an active TERESA Committee ...
